In town for a conference and brakes went out on a Friday afternoon. Panicking due to having to leave on Sunday and needing emergent brake service, I contacted John’s Break & Tire. They were so helpful. Arranged a tow truck pickup from my hotel and was able to get me back on road by Saturday afternoon. Extremely helpful, very professional and thorough. Visited this garage again for a brake problems on my Hond , and once again I received excellent service. Fateh and the entire team were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of, and Fateh went above and beyond to save me as much money as possible without compromising on the quality of the repair. The employees at John's Tire and Brake Service did an excellent job fixing the broke door window that happened on my way to Columbus taking my granddaughter to the hospital. They agreed to fix my problem without an appointment. They ordered the needed part and repaired the problem quickly and for a very reasonanle price. I truly appreciate their kindness and exceptional job they did for me.

i repair my kia rio. got noise at rear also have a brake noise. John's tire and brake did a good job. got the part change less than a 10 hour. very helpful that i only have a day off. with reasonable price. and got super treatments for the car. awesome place to take care your car

I called many places within 5-mile area of my house to see the price and availability of a passenger tire for a 2012 Chevy Camaro 45th anniversary edition. I needed a 245/45R20 103w ( 103w stands for the pressure and speed a tire can go ). Every place I called either didn't have this tire in stock & or couldn't order it or if they did have it they wanted way more then it was worth Used or New. I could have very well ordered what would have been the cheapest I could find which would have been online, coming in at around $85 before taxes or shipping and closer to $97 after. This would not include taken the spare off the car, taken the busted tire off my rim or adding the new tire nor balancing it. The quote I was getting around town was anywhere from $85 - $125 USED . As well as $155-205 Brand new . All without the replacement and balance included. Thank goodness relief was just a phone call away as the next place on the list was John's tire and Brake services. I called them and was greeted with a friendly welcoming voice on the other end asking what he could help me with. He explained his name was John & I introduced myself as Lisa he then said he would do what he could to try to
